During my recent stay at Balasca Hotel over Christmas, I found a cozy, central haven perfect for budget travelers. The rich buffet breakfast energized my mornings, while the staff's warm hospitality made me feel right at home, even without air conditioning as promised. I shared laughs with my travel companions as we enjoyed drinks from the bar, surrounded by lovely views of neighboring apartments. The location was stellar - just a short stroll to Larissis Train Station, making it easy to explore the wonders of Athens. While the furniture showed some wear and tear, the ambiance and genuine kindness of the staff made for a memorable experience.
